Easy 15 days Return Policy

  1. Any product ordered, cannot be cancelled after 15 days of ordering.
  2. If you are not satisfied with the product (issues related to size or any manufacturing defect), you have a 15 days period of returning the products. We will provide you with a replacement (with the correct size or product) after receiving your returned package.
  3. Please choose the items carefully and place the orders. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed after 24 hours of placing the order. Incase of wrong orders placed, immediately send a mail to: hapsin@gmail.com or whatsapp: 7005087854 (no calling please) for rectification. Make sure you take this step within 24 hours of placing the order. (Remember to notify with the Order number)
  4. We take enormous care to ship you the best available brand new zero defective items. However, Incase of receiving any broken or defective product, (could be due to shipping), please drop a mail with the photos of the items to: hapsin@gmail.com or Whatsapp: +91 7005087854 (no calling please) and our team will investigate the matter and if found genuine will dispatch a replacement. You can return the item to: Hapzs, U.Mawprem, Near Prysbetarian Church, Shillong, Meghalaya, pin: 793002.

  5. Make sure that you insert the full correct address before making the payment. If the address is incorrect, then do rectify it within 24 hours of making the Order. or immediately send a mail to: hapzsin@gmail.com or Whatsapp message on +91 7005087854 within 24 hours of making the order. (Remember to notify with the Order number)
  6. No Cash on Delivery available for now. But we will surely notify you if we start this in the future.
  7. We take extra care to push the courier companies to deliver our products on time. Incase of any delay from the courier companies, Hapzs should not be held liable.
  8. Refund: Refund can only be generated incase we are not able to provide a replacement for the Cancelled Or Damaged Product. Once the Refund is initiated, it will only be credited to the account of the Buyer in 1 week time. The Buyer will be contacted by the Hapzs team to share the Bank details in the name of the Buyer only. Once confirmation is made of the Buyer’s bank details, Refund shall be initiated which may take about a week (maximum) to process the same.
